Gamegrounds is a limited-time attraction brought to us by the artists behind Otherworld on the east side of Columbus! It’s a super-fun immersive gaming experience that the whole family will enjoy!
We were invited to check out Gamegrounds and my boys (who are 10 and 13) had a great time trying out all of the games! This is a great activity for tweens and teens who love gaming and are looking for something unique to do.

The whole attraction is set up like a carnival with 12 different games players can scan into with their wristband. You can play the games in teams of 2-6 people and you do not have to play with strangers!

Some of the games require physical challenges (like basketball or ball toss or whack a mole) and some are mental challenges (like Tetris or The Ventriloquist memory game).

Your ticket provides you with 75 minutes of unlimited gaming, so you can play each game as many times as you want during that time. Each game lasts about 3 minutes or less.

General admission is $25/person. Upon purchasing a Gamegrounds ticket you will receive a coupon code for a discounted Otherworld ticket!

Ticket sales are limited by time slot so that the attraction does not get too crowded and you don’t have to wait too long to play!
Get your ticket here and keep scrolling for more pictures of our visit to Gamegrounds!

My kids didn’t want to enter this one! The Ventriloquist is a memory game, but it was a bit too creepy for them!

A few tips for visiting Gamegrounds:
Address: 5819 Chantry Dr, Columbus, OH 43232
There was a snack bar but it was not open when we visited on a Monday so you may want to verify before you visit if you plan to eat when visiting.
Your 75 minutes of time starts as soon as you sign the waiver outside the door, so don’t sign the waiver until you’re ready to play.
Plan to also visit Otherworld if you can! It’s very unique!
If you’re looking for something else to do nearby, check out Blacklick Woods Metro Park!
