2. Celebrate Arbor Day at Dawes Arboretum

On April 29, 30 and May 1 from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM visit the Visitors Center at The Dawes Arboretum to pick up a free tree while supplies last! Check out the link for virtual Arbor Day programming!

3. Take & Make: Coloring at Southwest Public Libraries

Stop by the Southwest Public Library locations beginning Friday at 10:00 AM to pick up coloring pages! Take home kits are available while supplies last.

4. Mother’s Day Makers Event at Busy Bees Pottery & Arts Studio

Make a customized gift for mom on Friday afternoon! There are a variety of projects to choose from. Make a reservation online.

5. Grandview Kidsfest at Trinity United Methodist Church

Grandview Kidsfest takes place on Friday from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM and includes 2 registration options including character visits, VIP bags, vendors and more. This is a walk through event with limited attendance. Register online.

6. Merion Village 2021 Spring Yard Sale

The Spring Yard Sale in Merion Village takes place on Saturday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Search for treasure at the residents and businesses in the neighborhood!

7. Star Wars Bingo Kit at Southwest Public Libraries

On Saturday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, pick up a Star Wars Bingo kit so you can celebrate Star Wars Day on May 4. Kits will be available while supplies last.

8. Little Kid Fun Skates at Skate Zone 71

Fisher Price Skates and wrist guards are available for little kids to learn to skate on Saturday from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Recommended for ages 2-8.

9. KidX: Favorite Flicks at Polaris Fashion Place

This KidX event features your favorite movie characters on Saturday from 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM during a drive through event. There will be goodie bags and giveaways!

10. Free Cotton Candy Skate Day at United Skates of America

On Saturday from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM each child will receive a free bag of cotton candy with full price admission.

11. Breakable Candy Kraft at Dublin Toy Emporium

Make a breakable candy with a surprise inside! $10/crafter. Register for a time slot on Saturday afternoon. 

12. You-Know-Hoo Painting Event at Pinot’s Palette

Paint an owl, all supplies included! Register online for this Saturday class at 3:30 PM.

13. May Powell Street Market

Shop 65+ artisans, vendors and artisans on Sunday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM! This will be a family-friendly atmosphere.
