10:00 AM – Forest Fridays at Sunbury Urban Farm – this is a forest play time with a 30 minute nature activity. Recommended for ages 2-5. $5 suggested donation.

10:00 AM – Spring 2019 Big Book Sale at Columbus Metropolitan Library – shop thousands of books, DVD’s, CD’s and audio books starting at $1 each! Proceeds benefit Friends of the Library. Clearance sale takes places Sunday from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

10:00 AM – Bunny Photos at Easton Town Center – get your picture with the Easter Bunny – buy a 5X7 for $5 or take your own photo for free. Walk in or reserve your time online. Check the link for break times.

10:00 AM – Columbus Blooms at Franklin Park Conservatory – The Columbus Blooms exhibit features all of the flowers and blooms of spring – over 125,000 of them – throughout the gardens and the Children’s Garden! This lasts through April 30, 2019.

11:00 AM – Pics With The Bunny at Polaris Fashion Place – get your picture taken with the Bunny through April 20th. Photo packages begin at $24.99.

12:00 PM – The Rooms at Easton, presented by COSI at Easton Town Center – explore 5 rooms of fun featuring optical illusions and audience participation. This is a free exhibit that will be in the Station Building at Easton until May 19, 2019.

12:00 PM – Kids Paint Free Day at Clay Cafe Clintonville – studio fees are waived for kids on Friday between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM!

5:30 PM – Chocolate Walk in Downtown Lancaster – take a walk on the Chocolate Walk in downtown Lancaster strolling through downtown businesses to pick up your treats along the way. A goodie bag is provided for you! This is a ticketed event. Purchase your tickets online.

6:30 PM – Family Swim at Goldfish Swim School – check out all 3 Goldfish Swim School locations for a night of family fun including free swimming in the 90 degree pool!

SATURDAY

7:00 AM – POP UP! Spring Clothing and Equipment Sale at Resolute Athletic Complex – Columbus Mothers of Twins is holding their spring clothing and equipment sale. Shop for items for babies, kids, tweens and maternity. Get in at 7:00 AM with a $2 donation. No strollers or wagons permitted.

8:00 AM – Kiddie Consignment Sale at MOPS at Grace Polaris Church – shop a huge consignment sale featuring maternity, infant and children’s clothing, accessories, toys furniture and more! Regular sale takes place from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and the half off sale takes place from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.

9:00 AM – The Great Give-Away at Columbus Dream Center – this is a special day of free shopping for young moms in Columbus. There will be gently used baby items, clothing, furniture, books, toys and more.

9:00 AM – Family Breakfast & Egg Hunt at Hilltop YMCA – enjoy breakfast and an Easter Egg hunt beginning at 10:30 AM. $3/person or $10/family. Registration available online.

10:00 AM – Storytime at Grange Insurance Audubon Center – enjoy a nature based story time for preschoolers!

10:00 AM – Easter Egg Hunt Tote Bags at AR Workshop Grove City – make a bag for your Easter Egg hunts or an oversized Easter Basket! The bag is reusable and can be customized with your chid’s name! 4 designs to choose from. Sessions at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Register online.

10:00 AM – Maker X The Columbus Maker Expo 2019 at Ohio Expo Center – Maker X includes over 80 exhibitors including robots, gaming, RC aircraft, demos, 3D printing, kid inventors and more! Tickets are $5 per person online and $8 at the door. Kids under 5 are free.

11:00 AM – Missing Link Screening at Gateway Film Center – join Mission to Save for a free screening of Missing Link. There will be crafts and face painting before the movie starts! Check the link to get your free tickets!

12:00 PM – Soap Box Derby Test Drive Fun Day at Big Run Park – test drive a Soap Box Derby car and learn about getting started in Soap Box Derby racing! This is a free event and drivers must be age 7 or older.

1:00 PM – Monster Jam Triple Threat Series at The Schottenstein Center – this Monster Jam event features six events and eight Monster Jam athletes and their high-powered vehicles! Check out the link for Pit Party, early access and autograph info!

1:30 PM – 1st Annual Historic Dublin Bunny Hop in Historic Dublin – the Bunny Hop includes special events at local businesses including face painting, character meet and greets, jelly bean hunt, cookie decorating, crafts and more!

2:00 PM – MAKE A Peep T-Shirt at Michaels Stores – buy a T-shirt and Michaels will supply the foam stamps and fabric makers to decorate the shirt.

4:00 PM – Ohio Roller Derby vs. Roc City Roller Derby! at Ohio Expo Center & State Fair – watch Ohio’s first roller derby league in action! Tickets are $17 for adults, $14 for students/seniors and kids ages 8-12 are $10. 

5:00 PM – Parent’s Night Out at Kreation’s Play Kafé at Dublin Toy Emporium – drop your kids off for a fun night out including playtime, craft, butterfly hunt, dinner, dessert, dance time and a movie. Call to register.

5:00 PM – Family Super Hero Party at Messiah Lutheran Church Reynoldsburg – this event includes a super hero training room, science lab, inflatables, costume contest and more! Registration is $20/pair $5 for each additional person. Register online.

6:00 PM – Bison at Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park – take a walk to find the bison at Battelle Darby Metro Park!

9:00 AM – Bird Hike at Blendon at Blendon Woods Metro Park – take a walk with a Metro Park Naturalist to look for seed-eating birds.

10:00 AM – Community Day at Franklin Park Conservatory – Franklin Park Conservatory is free for residents of Franklin County and the City of Columbus (with your ID) from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Check out the  Columbus Blooms exhibit featuring all of the flowers and blooms of spring – over 125,000 of them – throughout the gardens and the Children’s Garden! This lasts through April 30, 2019.

1:00 PM – Lunch and Egg Hunt with Bunny at Gahanna/John E. Bickley YMCA – this event includes lunch, a craft, an egg hunt and pictures with the Easter Bunny $5/person. Purchase your tickets in advance.
