FRIDAY:

9:30 AM – Preschoolers: Tracks in the Snow (or Mud!) at Blendon Woods Metro Park Kids ages 3-6 can hear a story make tracks and search for real tracks in the woods.

10:00 AM – First Responder Appreciation Month at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Columbus – throughout the month of February, First Responders will receive free admission and their immediate family members will receive $10 single day admission tickets. First Responders must present proof of employment. See the link for the list of qualifying professions. 

10:00 AM – Toddler Open Gym at Thompson Recreation Center – drop in for a free Open Gym time at the rec center!

10:00 AM – Kids Dream Family Film Series at Marcus Theaters – see a family-friendly movie for just $3/ticket. This weekend’s movie is Playmobil: The Movie. Click the link for a special deal where you can get your tickets for free! Showings are Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 10:00 AM at Marcus Pickerington and Marcus Crosswoods.

12:00 PM – Snapshots of the Family Farm at Gallant Farm – visit Gallant Farm to see a collection of photos from the 1930’s and 40’s. Bring your own pictures of your family farm to add to the collection!

4:00 PM – Pelotonia 2020 Launch Party at Pins Mechanical Co. (Columbus) – celebrate the launch of registration for Pelotonia 2020! There will be free pizza from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM and free duck pin bowling! Even if you’re not registering for Pelotonia, it’s a great time to learn about the mission!

4:00 PM – Family Night Fridays at Tree of Life Play + Cafe – for $30 enjoy a family pass to the play area and a large 1 topping pizza and a drink pitcher.

5:00 PM – Worthington KidsFest & Summer Camp Expo at Worthington Community Center – learn about summer camp options and enjoy a family-friendly festival.

5:30 PM – Open Play with Pal a Certified Therapy Dog! at Better Together Playnasium – meet a certified therapy dog! This event is included in open play pricing and the dog will visit from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

6:00 PM – Blippi Live! at the Palace Theatre – see Blippi live with singing and dancing! Perfect for ages 2-7.

6:30 PM – Family Night Out at Goldfish Swim School – Dublin – enjoy a family night out at the pool! $5/person or $15 max per family. First come, first serve.

7:00 PM – Friday Nights Unlimited Pizza Skate at Skate Zone 71 – family skate is available from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM for $10/person. That includes admission, skate rental and unlimited cheese pizza!

7:00 PM – Shrek the Musical at Worthington Christian School – – enjoy a family-friendly production of Shrek The Musical performed by the Worthington Christian School Theatre Department. There are several performances this weekend. Tickets are available online.

SATURDAY:

9:00 AM – Roller Skating Lessons at Skate Zone 71 – walk-in for skating lessons for all skill levels! Fisher Price skates are available for kids. Adults are welcome too!

10:00 AM – Tianna’s Mardi Gras Princess Party Camp at Paulettes Princess Parties – take part in princess trading, singing, dancing, crafts, dress up and more! There will be a tea and grande coronation. Tianna will be there for the entire camp. 

10:00 AM – COSI Science Spots at Pickerington Public Library (Pickerington, OH) – COSI will be visiting the library with lots of hands-on science activities!

10:00 AM – 2020 Winter Hike: Battelle Darby Creek at Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park – take a 2, 4 or 6 mile hike through the park. Food and hot drinks will be available after the hike. Donate personal hygiene products or $5 to Mid-Ohio Foodbank and receive a collectors mug.

11:00 AM – 2020 Dispatch Home & Garden Show at the Ohio Expo Center – the Home and Garden Show takes place through March 1, 2020 an includes how-to sessions, cooking demos, celebrity appearances, kids activists, indoor gardens and more!

7:00 PM – Shrek the Musical at Worthington Christian School – – enjoy a family-friendly production of Shrek The Musical performed by the Worthington Christian School Theatre Department. There are several performances this weekend. Tickets are available online.

SUNDAY:

9:00 AM – Kids Yoga & Storytime – GoYoga + Cover to Cover at Cover to Cover Books for Young Readers – join GoYoga for games, storytelling and physical activities. $10/child, ages 5-8.
