4. Attend Storybook Village Virtually

An event we have attended many times, Storybook Village traditionally takes place at Ohio Village and on Saturday at 12:00 PM you can meet characters like the Snow Queen, Rumpelstiltskin, and Prince Charming. There will be activities to take part in like a Draw-a-long, coloring sheets, funny fill-in fairy tales and more!

5. Collect worms for Ohio Wildlife Center

Yes, you read that right! Dig up worms from pesticide and fertilizer free yards and bring them to the Ohio Wildlife Center! The worms will be used to feed birds in the hospital! See the post for all the instructions!

6. Color the Carousel from Columbus Commons

Print out a drawing of the Commons Carousel to color!

7. Register for the Pride of Ohio Drive-In Movie Series!

Next weekend, Ohio History Center will begin their summer series of Stephen Spielberg movies. (Spielberg was born in Ohio!). There will be 3 movies this summer and they will be held in a drive-in style in the parking lot! The movies are free, but you must register in advance (registration is not available yet as of 6/3). There are two movie times for each date, 4:30 PM and 8:30 PM. Snack packs are also available for purchase.

8. Watch The Fantastical Hedgehog Virtual Magic Show with Erica Carlson

Delaware County District Library is hosting this virtual show as part of their Summer Reading Program! The link is to the video on Vimeo and will be available through June 9, 2020.
