FRIDAY

10:00 AM – The LEGO® Movie™ DAYS at Legoland Discovery Center (Columbus) – LEGOLAND Columbus is celebrating The LEGO Movie 2 with special building activities, character appearances, photo opps and more!

10:00 AM – Tuck Everlasting with Columbus Children’s Theatre at Park Street Theatre – this show based on the book by Natalie Babbitt and the Disney movie is a 2 act musical with intermission lasting 2 hours. The show is about an 11 year old run away and her decision of whether or not to live forever! The show is recommended for ages 4th grade and up.

10:00 AM – Spring Break Hours at Ohio History Center – the OHC is open 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM from March 9th through Sunday March 31st for Spring Break! Visit the new Ohio – Champion of Sports exhibit!

11:00 AM – Spring Break at Ten Pin Alley – for $15/person you will receive 1 hour of bowling with shoes, 1 laser tag mission and 1 $10 arcade card. This offer is good Monday through Friday throughout the whole month of March from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. 

12:00 PM – The Rooms at Easton, presented by COSI at Easton Town Center – explore 5 rooms of fun featuring optical illusions and audience participation. This is a free exhibit that will be in the Station Building at Easton until May 19, 2019.

12:00 PM – Kids Paint Free Day at Clay Cafe Clintonville – studio fees are waived for kids on Friday between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM!

6:00 PM – Shazzbots Pizza & PJ Party at Peggy R. McConnell Arts Center of Worthington – wear your pajamas to this party with The Shazzbots! There will be pizza and an art activity for all ages! Tour the art galleries and enjoy the show! $10/adults $5/kids.

6:30 PM – Kids Night Out! at Young Chefs Academy of Gahanna – drop your kids off for a hands on cooking workshop with a pastry theme. Ages 8 and up. $35/kid.

6:30 PM – Family Swim at Goldfish Swim School – check out all 3 Goldfish Swim School locations for a night of family fun including free swimming in the 90 degree pool!

7:00 PM – The Wizard of Oz – Theater in the Hilltop at The Run the Race Center – this play, directed by a local 15 year old, is 1 hour long and features local actors in a premiere production of The Wizard of Oz! $5/person at the door.

SATURDAY

10:00 AM – Museum Open House 2019 at Museum of Biological Diversity at Ohio State University 

– this is a free event that includes activities for all ages! Check out collections of insects, plants, fishes, birds and more! There will be hands on activities such as an Arthropod Petting Zoo, seedling planting and more!

10:00 AM – Storytime at Grange Insurance Audubon Center – enjoy a nature based story time for preschoolers!

10:00 AM – PBJ & Jazz with Bobby Floyd Trio feat. Mary McClendon at the Lincoln Theatre Complex – this kid-friendly jazz concert is a great way to introduce the little ones to jazz music. Each kid gets a PBJ sandwich, cookie and juice! $5/person $20 family max.

10:00 AM – Kids Clay Class at Clay Street Ceramics – this is a two session class that finishes April 6th (or at your convenience). Kids can make a Mother’s Day keepsake beaded plaque out of clay! $20/child.

11:00 AM – Ohio Wildlife Center Visits Franklin Park Conservatory – OWC will be on site to talk about animal habitats! Included with admission or membership.

11:00 AM – Aladdin Shrine Circus at the Ohio State Fairgrounds – this indoor circus includes clowns, aerialists, animals, carnival rides and more! 

11:30 AM – March Kids Dance Fitness and Nutrition! at United Faith Community Church – kids can take part in a fitness dance party and make a cool and healthy snack! $10 non-members, $5 members.

12:00 PM – Story time & PARADE with Rapunzel! at Barnes and Noble Pickerington Ohio – parade around the store with Rapunzel and then enjoy a story time and pictures with her!

1:00 PM – Open Barn Days 2019 at Sunrise Sanctuary – visit the animals at the sanctuary on one of their Open Barn Days! Register in advance.

6:30 PM – Mother/Son (& Daughter) Superhero Party! at Liberty Township / Powell YMCA – this event includes inflatables, obstacle course, games and other superhero themed activities! Register online or at the branch.

7:30 PM – Aladdin Shrine Circus at the Ohio State Fairgrounds – this indoor circus includes clowns, aerialists, animals, carnival rides and more!

SUNDAY

12:00 PM – Community Day at Pizzuti Collection of CMA – the museum is free for this special family-friendly event that includes tours and other kid-friendly activities! Visit the new exhibition LIGHT!

1:00 PM – Seussical KIDS at Columbus Performing Arts Center – this kid-friendly musical performance features characters from Dr. Seuss’s books.

2:30 PM – Seussical KIDS at Columbus Performing Arts Center – this kid-friendly musical performance features characters from Dr. Seuss’s books.

3:00 PM – The Wizard of Oz – Theater in the Hilltop at The Run the Race Center – this play, directed by a local 15 year old, is 1 hour long and features local actors in a premiere production of The Wizard of Oz! $5/person at the door. Dinner is served after the play on Sunday for an additional $5.

4:30 PM – The Royals Project Family Fun Night at Skate America – skate with princesses and superheroes in this fundraiser for The Royals Project! Admission is $5/skater plus skates. Recommended for ages 10 and under. 

5:00 PM – Aladdin Shrine Circus at the Ohio State Fairgrounds – this indoor circus includes clowns, aerialists, animals, carnival rides and more!

6:30 PM – Families in the Kitchen at Young Chefs Academy of Gahanna – all ages can join in this hands on cooking class! $25/person.
