1. Jurassic Quest At Ohio Expo Center

2. Mini Makers At The Works

3. Hocking Hills State Park 58th Annual Winter Hike
Saturday January 21st at 9am visit Hocking Hills for a 6-mile hike from Old Man’s Cave to Ash Cave. Wear your hiking clothes! A shuttle bus will return hikers to Old Man’s Cave at the conclusion of the hike.
4. PBJ & Jazz At The Lincoln Theatre Ballroom
Saturday January 21st PBJ & Jazz will host their monthly entertainment at the Lincoln Theatre Ballroom. This month the music of New Orleans, with the Tony Hagood Quintet will be performing. See link for tickets times and pricing.
5. Alum Creek State Park Winter Hike
Saturday January 21st at 10am take a 5-mile hike on the Rocks to Roots trail, this program is weather dependent, see link for updates.
6. Storytime With Author And Illustrator Becky Gehrisch At Cover To Cover Books
Saturday January 21st at 10am visit Cover To Cover Books for Young Readers as they host author and illustrator Becky Gehrisch for a fun storytime with her book Escape To Play!
7. Orchids At Franklin Park Conservatory

8. 50th Annual Winter Hike Series At Scioto Audubon Metro Park
Saturday January 21st at 10am visit Scioto Audubon Metro Park for their 50th Annual Winter Hike Series kick off! Hot cocoa and a special treat will be available at the conclusion of your hike.
9. Stuff A Plush With Gram And Gramps At Wyman Woods Park
Saturday January 21st at 10am visit Wyman Woods to stuff a plush and make your very own stuffed animal with your grandparents. There will also be breakfast available. See link for tickets and pricing.
10. Owl Hike At Highbanks Metro Park
Saturday January 21st at 5:15pm visit HIghbanks Metro Park for Owl HIke! Join a naturalist for a 1.5-mile hike as you search for owls. Flashlights are encouraged! This program is for ages 5 and up.
11. Pajama Tots Party At Rockin’ Jump Trampoline Park
Sunday January 22nd at 9am visit Rockin’ Jump Trampoline Park for Pajama Tots Party! Games, crafts, jumping and more will all be here at this FROGtastic event!
12. Free Sundays At The Columbus Museum Of Art
Sunday January 22nd at 10am visit Columbus Museum Of Art for Free Sundays. This is a great time to experience the museum at no charge.
13. Bake And Decorate My First Birthday Cake At Our Cupcakery
Sunday January 22nd starting at Noon visit Our Cupcakery for a hands on bake and decorate cake class. This event is recommended for ages 13 and up, it is also recommended to bring your apron. See link for tickets and pricing.
14. Milkweed Workshop At Blendon Woods Metro Park
Sunday January 22nd at 2pm visit Blendon Woods Metro Park for Milkweed Workshop. This event will teach techniques on how to grow milkweed. Bring your own milk jug to make a diy greenhouse to get some milkweed started for the spring.
15. Winter Tree identification At Three Creeks Metro Park
Sunday January 22nd at 2pm visit Three Creeks Metro Park for Winter Tree identification. Take a 1-mile hike and learn about how to identify trees by their buds and bark.
16. Make a Child’s Birthday Extra Happy with Seeds of Caring
Through Feb. 19, kids can learn about the power of kindness and bring birthday cheer to those served by Columbus Early Learning Centers. Your family, team, or youth group will pack Birthday Bags with cake mix, frosting, candles, a cheer card – everything a child needs to celebrate their special day! Drop donations on a Seeds of Caring volunteer’s porch for a fun, touch-free service opportunity.
