1. The Science Behind Pixar at COSI
Enjoy an interactive exhibit that explores the science and technology behind the animated films of Pixar. This exhibit is open during regular business hours (generally Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.)and requires an additional charge.

2. Warm Hearts, Full Bellies – Make Breakfast Kits with Seeds of Caring
Kids ages 2-12 can complete this Anywhere Project at home, school, or wherever you are! Join Seeds of Caring in showing love to hungry neighbors by packing a healthy breakfast kit for families supported by Worthington Resource Pantry. Fill each yummy kit with individual oatmeal packets, cinnamon, small boxes of raisins, and a message of caring. You’ll receive a service packet with more details – along with a guided, age-appropriate discussion about hunger and service – upon registering. This project is available through November 23.
3. Book Sale at Old Worthington Library
Shop for gently used books at the book sale hosted by Friends Foundation of Worthington Libraries on Friday and Saturday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Sunday from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM at the Old Worthington Library.

4. $5 Student Climb at Dick’s House of Sport
On the first Friday of every month, middle school, high school and college students can clim the Rock Climbing Wall at Dick’s House of Sport for a discount: $5 for 15 minutes. Student ID is required. Hours are Friday from 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
5. Crafty Tales at Westerville Public Library
Listen to stories and make a craft to take home on Friday at 10:00 AM at Westerville Public Library. Perfect for ages 2-7.
6. Baby & Me Tour at Columbus Museum of Art
On Friday at 10:30 AM, take a specialty tour for kids ages 0-2 and their caregivers at the Columbus Museum of Art. This event will support language development and social connection through exploring and playing together. Tickets are available online.
7. Meet a Police Officer at Miller Park Branch
Kids ages 1-6 can meet a police officer at a visit to the library and see a real police cruiser up close on Friday from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM at the Miller Park Branch of UAPL.
8. BINGO at Family Room Coffee & Bake Shop
All ages can play BINGO at Family Room Coffee & Bakeshop in Westerville on Friday night from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. You can win treats and prizes!

9. The Harvest Market at Bridge Park
On Saturday from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM enjoy a fall-themed market with vendors, live music and more on Longshore Street in Bridge Park.
10. PBJ & Jazz at the Lincoln Theatre
PBJ & Jazz Concerts have moved inside the Lincoln Theatre Ballroom for fall. There are two concerts on Saturday, one at 10:00 AM and one at 11:30 AM. Your ticket includes a family-friendly jazz concert by Dave Powers & Friends, a snack and a drink. Single tickets are $7 and Family Tickets for 5-8 attendees are $30.
11. Nature Lab Jr. at Miller Park Branch
Learn about nocturnal animals at the Miller Park Branch of UAPL on Saturday from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM. There will be experiments and interactive activities. Recommended for ages 2-5.
12. Hilltop Hop at Broad & Westmoor
This month’s Hilltop Hop will be holiday-themed and feature a Holiday Market with local vendors, food trucks, activities for kids and specials at local businesses. Hours are 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM on Saturday.
13. Night at the Library: Stuffed Animal Edition at Miller Park Branch
Kids 2-9 can drop off their stuffies at the Miller Park Branch of UAPL on Saturday for an overnight at the library and then pick them up on Sunday. Registration is encouraged but walk-ins are welcome. Drop off time is 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on Saturday.
14. Forts, Fire & Fun at Blacklick Woods Metro Park
Roast marshmallows by the fire and build a fort in the natural play area at Blacklick Woods Metro Park on Saturday from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.
15. Super STEM Saturday at the Shops at Worthington
This STEM event is filled with science, technology, engineering and math activities inside The Shops at Worthington on Saturday from 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM. Meet scientists, try hands-on experiments and enjoy interactive displays. This event is for kids in grades 1-8 and is free to attend.
16. Sensory Bin Experience at Whetstone Library
Families with children with sensory needs can explore bins filled with fun, tactile materials at the Whetstone Branch of CML on Saturday from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Ages 3-11 welcome.
17. Farm Luminary Walk at Slate Run Farm
Take a walk around the farm amidst luminaries on Saturday between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM at Slate Run Farm. (Not all livestock will be on display).

18. An Afternoon with Author & Illustrator Suzanne Kaufman at UAPL
Join author & illustrator Suzanne Kaufman at the Upper Arlington Public Library (Tremont) on Sunday at 1:30 PM to celebrate her latest picture book, Blue. The event is free, but registration is requested.
19. Cloud Hike at Blacklick Woods
Take a 1 mile hike to learn about the different types of clouds and what they tell us about the weather at Blacklick Woods on Sunday at 2:00 PM.
20. Family Library Concert Series at Bexley Public Library
This free, family-friendly concert takes place at Bexley Public Library on Sunday at 3:00 PM and features ProMusica’s Woodwind Quintet. The music will link classical music and children’s literature and there will also be a corresponding display of books and stories available.
21. Family Concert Series at Hilliard Library
Enjoy a free concert featuring Irish and Scottish music on Sunday from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM in the pavilion at the Hilliard Branch of CML.
