11:00 AM – Columbus Greek Festival – this annual festival offers the chance to experience and learn about Greek dance, music and culture, taste Greek food and shop for cultural arts and crafts! Adults are $5 and children under 12 are free. Your admission ticket is good for the entire weekend!
4:00 PM – Obetz Zucchinifest at Fortress Obetz – admission to this celebration of zucchini is free! Enjoy rides, concerts, entertainment, food, pageants, a cruise-in, parade, animals from the Columbus Zoo, COSI, Cincinnati Circus Company and more! Ride wristbands are $18.
5:00 PM – Sweet Corn Festival in Millersport – celebrate sweet corn with concerts, amusement rides, games, contests, prizes, concessions and more!
5:00 PM – Family Friday Night at COSI – beginning at 5:00 PM COSI offers reduced admission: $15 for adults and $10 for youth.
5:00 PM – $5 Pony Rides & Free Petting Zoo at Horse -N- Round Fun – anyone can take a pony ride for $5 and there will also be a free petting zoo!
6:00 PM – Free Concert at Columbus Commons – McGuffey Lane will play a free concert at Columbus Commons!
6:00 PM – Gahanna’s Great Outdoors Parks & Rec Party – this celebration includes live music, kayaking and canoeing, games, inflatables, food trucks, a campfire and a showing of COCO at dusk. This is a free event!
7:00 PM – St. Michael Festival – this festival takes place in Worthington and offers live music from several local bands plus a raffle, games, food, rides and more!
8:00 PM – Movie Under the Stars: The Big Year at Deer Haven Preserve – activities begin at 8:00 PM including live birds from Ohio Nature Education and a sunset hike! The movie begins at 9:00 PM.
8:00 PM – Rhythm on the River: BalletMet at The Scioto Mile – BalletMet dancers will perform excerpts from the 2018/19 season at this free event! Donatos pizza will be available for purchase.
