1. Visit a Farmers Market

Farmers Markets are popping up all over Columbus! Check out the link for a list of Farmers Markets for every day of the week!

2. Food Truck Friday at NCH

Head to the Big Lots Behavioral Health Pavilion for lunch on Friday between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM and support Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio. 

3. Music in the Park at Stradley Place

Music in the park begins at 6:00 PM on Friday and includes a Touch-A-Tractor event for kids!

4. Summer Sock Hop Party at The Five Party & Event Center

Kids can dress in 50’s attire for this night of games, food and music on Friday from 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM. Register online.

5. All American Circus in London, OH

This family circus takes place at Madison County Fairgrounds in London on Friday night at 7:00 PM.

6. Ferris Bueller’s Day Off (1986) Screening at Jeanne B. McCoy Community Center for the Arts

Watch Ferris Bueller’s Day Off at the McCoy Center on Friday at 7:30 PM. This is a free event but registration is required. This movie is rated PG 13.

7. Friday Flicks at Hilliard Municipal Park

Friday Flicks include a drive in movie (The Mighty Ducks) this Friday at 9:30 PM at Roger A Reynolds Municipal Park. Food trucks will be on site.

8. Free Drive-In Movie! at CrossRoads Baptist Church

Watch Toy Story 4 on the big screen on Friday night at 9:30 PM. Refreshments will be available.

9. Juneteenth Events

10. Columbus VIP Princess Party at Greater Columbus Convention Center

Meet princesses, enjoy stories, songs, dances and more at the Convention Center on Saturday at 9:00 AM! Tickets are available online.

11. Author/Illustrator Jacob Grant – Online Book Launch

Celebrate the launch of the book No Pants with author Jacob Grant on Saturday at 10:00 AM. This is a virtual event. Register online.

12. Polaris Makers Market

This is a two day, outdoor event held at the Lifestyle Pavilion at Polaris Fashion Place on Saturday and Sunday! There will be local makers selling handmade products plus activities for kids!

13. June Saturday Art Brunch at 3060 Artworks

Art Brunch takes place on Saturday from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM and features live music, pop up artists, a food truck and more!

14. Pollinator Palooza at Franklin Park Conservatory

Celebrate birds, bees and butterflies at this free event in the Scotts Miracle-Gro Community Garden Campus on Saturday from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Events include, a walk in the garden, The Bugman, Stinger from the Columbus Blue Jackets, live music, food demonstrations, food trucks and more!This event does not include admission to the Conservatory.

15. Family Creeking at Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park

Meet at the Ranger Station at 11:00 AM on Saturday to learn about animals in the creek and go creeking! Closed-toed shoes required.

16. Hot Dog Skate at United Skates of America

Free hot dog with each paid admission on Saturday from 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM.

17. Summer Fun Days at Marmon Valley Farm

Summer Fun Days on the Farm include farm experiences, hay rides and miniature golf. Pony rides are included as well as pond swimming and paddle boating! Activities take place on Saturday from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Tickets available online.

18. FREE Snow Cone Skate at Skate Zone 71

Free snow cone with each paid admission on Saturday from 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM. 

19. Westside Community Summer Bash at Westgate Park

Sunday from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM head to Westgate Park for arts and crafts, free food, live DJ, bounce house, community resources and more!
