5. Boo At The Zoo At Columbus Zoo And Aquarium

6. Pop Up Open Play At KSM Sports Indoor Facility

Friday October 14th starting at 10am visit KSM Indoor Sports facility for a morning filled with fun playing in Livi Land’s bounce house, visit with Spider-Man and Rapunzel from Paulette Princess party characters, enjoy balloon art by Young and Wild Balloon Co. run the indoor turf with friends and shop with Mums + Babes. 7. Our Village: Halloween Sensory Play Date At Lazelle Woods Metro Park

Friday October 14th visit Lazelle Woods Metro Park at 10:30am for a sensory play date! Explore slimy spaghetti worms, ping pong eyeballs and more at this event recommended for children ages 5 and under. See link for tickets and details.

8. SCRAWL 16 At 400 Rich

Saturday October 15th and Sunday October 16th visit 400 Rich for SCRAWL 16. This immersive mural experience is fun for the whole family! Dine at some of the greatest food trucks, enjoy live music with breakdancing exhibitions, see artists do their work in the moment and take your little artists to visit Scrawl Jr. for their own hands-on activities.

9. WestFest At West Campus Quad 

Saturday October 15th starting at 10am visit The Ohio State University West Campus Quad for WestFest! A science and sustainability festival for the whole family! This  event features hands-on STEM activities, tours of research facilities and a whole morning of family fun! 

10. Storytime With Author And Illustrator Katie Mazeika At Cover To Cover Bookstore

Saturday October 15th at 10am visit Cover To Cover bookstore for a morning storytime with author and illustrator Katie Mazeika. She will be featuring her latest book Annette Feels Free.

11. Columbus Speech And Hearing 7th Annual Halloween Hop

Saturday October 15th visit Graves Hall for a day filled with kid friendly activities.This event features a magician, Halloween themed crafts, character meet and greet, trick or treat experience and more! See link for available times and to reserve your tickets.

12. Saturday With Authors Maulik Pancholy And Katrina Kittle At Tremont Library

Saturday October 15th at 11am visit Tremont Road library for a morning conversation with authors Maulik Pancholy and Katrina Kittle about Maulik’s latest book Nikhil Out Loud.

13. Olentangy-Worthington Fall Festival At Marcus Crosswoods Cinema

14. Fall Festival At Slate Run Metro Park

Saturday October 15th at 11am visit Slate Run Metro Park for fall themed fun including archery, fall crafts and games!

15. Groveport Blacklick Haunted Park At Groveport Blacklick Park

Saturday October 15th at 1pm visit Groveport Blacklick Park for a haunted park experience for kids! First 200 kids will receive a free goodie bag! This event is $5 per person and benefits the The Groveport Food Pantry and Groveport Human Needs program.

16. Treat Street! At The Shops On Lane Avenue

Saturday October 15th Starting at 2pm visit The Shops On Lane Avenue for Treat Street! Come in your favorite costumes to enjoy trick-or-treating, live music and more! This event is intended for children ages 12 and under.

17. Pumpkin Palooza At Marysville Public Library

Saturday October 15th at 2pm visit Marysville Public Library for an afternoon of fall fun and Halloween music. Costumes are optional!

18. Princess And The Frog Storybook Tea Party At Homestead Metro Park

Sunday October 16th at 1pm head out to Homestead Metro Park for an afternoon of frogs, fun, food and princesses.

19. Mums And Mummies At Westgate Park

Sunday October 16th at 1:30pm visit Westgate Park for an afternoon of trunk or treat, games, crafts, costume contests and baked goods sale!

20. Pumpkin Carving And Bluegrass At Sam’s Pumpkin Patch

Sunday October 16th at 2pm visit Sam’s Pumpkin Patch for bluegrass music, live demonstrations by master pumpkin carver, broom making, food trucks and of course the pumpkin patch!

21. Show Ronald McDonald House Families You Care with Seeds of Caring

Seeds of Caring has a simple, fun way to share kindness with hospitalized kids and their families this October: Through 10/31, kids ages 2-12 can make a difference — right from their own homes — by assembling on-the-go snack packs and decorating cheer cards for those staying at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio.
