21. Help Our Furry Friends! Pet Food/Toy Drive with Seeds of Caring
Dogs and cats provide much-needed comfort and companionship to lonely seniors in our community. Through 10/16, kids can make pet toys and collect pet food for homebound seniors and pets served by LifeCare Alliance—or start a donation drive with your scout troop, sports team, youth group, or neighborhood! Kids will gain compassion for animals and seniors with an empathy-building exercise, then put helping hands to work. This Seeds of Caring project can be done at home, school, or wherever you are!
