1. Ocean Craft: Sharks At Miller Park Library
Visit Miller Park Library on Friday July 1st starting at 10am for a fun ocean themed craft featuring sharks! No registration required.
2. Red, White & BOOM! In Downtown Columbus
This is the 40th presentation of Red, White & Boom in Downtown Columbus! The celebration starts on Friday July 1st at 11am with concessions, entertainment, street festival and parade! The evening will conclude with the grand fireworks display at 10pm. See link for complete list of times and events.
3. 2022 Granville Kiwanis 4th of July Celebration
4 days jam packed with festivities starting on Friday July 1st and going through Monday July 4th in Downtown Granville! There will be live music, concessions, games, a parade, fireworks and much more! See link for complete list of times and details for this patriotic event!
4. Field Day Fun At Worthington Library
Friday July 1st at 3:30pm visit the Northwest Worthington Library for a fun afternoon of hula hooping, relay races, water games, ice pops and more! This event is recommended for ages 6-11, no registration is required.
5. 2022 Gahanna Independence Day Celebration
Friday July 1st the kick off of the holiday weekend will start in Gahanna with food and live music at 5:30pm and fireworks at 10pm. The party continues Saturday July 2nd with the Red, White and Blue Block Party. Monday July 4th the city of Gahanna will have their annual parade. See the link for details on time and location.

6. Fourth Of July Celebration In Worthington Hills
Visit Worthington Hills Friday through Monday for all kinds of celebrations for the 4th of July. Friday July 1st there will be Stars & Stripes Softball Games, Saturday July 2nd kicks off the Firecracker Trot 5K. Sunday July 3rd the Fun Fest complete with games, carnival games & raffles will all be happening at Worthington Hills Elementary. Monday July 4th at noon there will be a 4th of July parade. 7. Famous Fortress Fireworks In Obetz
Friday July 1st starting at 6pm enjoy this family friendly event of live entertainment, food trucks and inflatables at Fortress Obetz! The evening concludes with fireworks at 9:50pm.
8. Freedom Fest At Municipal Park In Hilliard
Saturday July 2nd enjoy a day long event celebrating freedom! This event is held at Municipal Park in Hilliard and is filled with fun for the whole family! Live music, Kids Zone, food trucks and fireworks at dusk! See link for complete list of times and details.
9. Fredericktown 4th Of July
Saturday July 2nd starting at 10am celebrate the 4th of July in downtown Fredericktown. There will be live music, karaoke, the splash pad will be on, a tractor show, vendors and great food!
10. Independence Day Weekend at Ohio Village
Celebrate Independence Day 1890’s style! There will be activities throughout Ohio Village including a patriotic procession, local elections, traveling performers, old fashioned games, a performance by Columbus Symphony and more! Hours are 10am – 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
11. StoryWalk Saturdays At Fancyburg Park
Saturday July 2nd at 10:30am visit Fancyburg Park for a leisurely morning with StoryWalk Saturdays. Join a librarian and other families as you enjoy a story, the park, playground and books!
12. Buckeye Lake Independence Day Boat Parade
Saturday July 2nd at 11am celebrate Independence Day with a boat parade at Buckeye Lake! Decorate your own boat to show or watch from afar. This event is sure to float your boat!
13. Patriotic Pops At The Columbus Commons
Saturday July 2nd at 8pm visit the Columbus Commons for a great evening with the Columbus Symphony as they present Patriotic Pops! 14. Grove City Independence Day Fireworks

15. Community Day At Franklin Park Conservatory
Sunday July 3rd starting at 10am visit Franklin Park Conservatory for a fun free day enjoying the conservatory. This day there will also be a live performance by TransitArts youth group at 1pm on Wolfe Terrace.
16. Red, White And Bikes At Lane Road Library
Sunday July 3rd starting at 2:30pm visit Lane Road library outside for an afternoon of decorating your bike for all of the July 4th events to come!
17. Johnstown Fireworks At Chambers Stadium
Sunday July 3rd starting at 6pm visit Chambers Stadium in Johnstown for live entertainment, food trucks and fireworks at dusk!
18. DIVE-IN MOVIE: Sing 2 At North Orange Pool
Sunday July 3rd at 9:30pm visit the North Orange Pool for a presentation of Sing 2 all while enjoying the movie from your pool chair or the water!
19. City Of Dublin Independence Day Celebration

28. Pickerington 4th of July Celebration
The Pickerington July 4th Celebration includes a parade at 10:00 AM and fireworks at 10:00 PM at Pickerington High School.
29. 4th Of July In Westerville

30. Drop-By Creeking At Battelle Darby Creek
Monday July 4th starting at 11am stop by the streamside classroom at Battelle Darby Creek for some creaking! Be sure to wear proper shoes for the water and clothes that can get messy!
31. Groveport 4th of July Parade and Fireworks
Enjoy a parade and all day activities including music and food trucks beginning at 11:00 AM. Fireworks begin at dusk.
32. Doo Dah Music Fest & Parade In The Short North
Monday July 4th at 11am visit the Short North and Goodale Park for a parade celebrating “Liberty & Lunacy” with the annual Doo Dah Parade! This isn’t your traditional 4th of July parade.
33. Worthington Family Picnic And Fireworks
Monday July 4th at 4pm visit the city of Worthington for the Worthington Family Picnic & Fireworks on the lawn of Thomas Worthington High School. Be sure to bring your picnic blankets and lawn chairs to wait for the firework display scheduled for 10pm.
