Local farms are gearing up for Fall Festivals and activities! Start your planning by checking out these posts:

1. Scioto Fest 2021 at Scioto Audubon Metro Park

Scioto Fest at Scioto Audubon Metro Park includes outdoor activities like rock climbing, kayaking, camping and live music! Friday night includes a Yappy Hour for your dog! The fest takes place Friday and Saturday.

2. Creekside Blues & Jazz Festival

Creekside Blues & Jazz Festival takes place September 17-19, 2021 and includes live music, vendors, artisans and food! Tickets are available online. Kids under age 4 are free. Please note: there is no Family Fun Zone this year.

3. Moonlight Movies at Polaris Fashion Place

Watch the movie Tom & Jerry at sundown at Polaris Fashion Place! Registration is required. Gates open at 7:00 PM on Friday.

4. Screen on the Green at Goodale Park

Head to Goodale Park for a free movie under the stars! Watch Paddington 2 on the softball field! Come early for food trucks! The event begins at 7:45 PM on Friday.

5. Columbus Superhero Adventure

The World’s Largest Outdoor Escape Game will take place in Columbus on Saturday! Solve puzzles and collect clues to save the world! Tickets are sold per team of up to 6 players. Recommended for ages 12 and up.

6. Hello Kitty Cafe Truck at Easton Town Center

The Hello Kitty Cafe Truck continues its 2021 tour of the East by rolling back into Columbus this Saturday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Easton Town Center near Crate & Barrel. You can purchase exclusive Hello Kitty collectibles and goodies! Credit/debit cards only.

7. 25th Annual Wool Gathering at Young’s Jersey Dairy

This event includes wool bearing animals, shearing demonstrations, wool spinning, weavers and over 100 vendors. This is a free event on Saturday and Sunday.

8. Storytime with author S.R.D. Harris at Cover to Cover Books for Young Readers

Join S.R.D. Harris for a reading of her new book Future Miss President. The story time takes place on Saturday at 10:00 AM.

9. Flower Power Days at The Maize at Little Darby Creek

The Maize at Little Darby Creek opens this weekend and they will also be offering U-Pick sunflowers and zinnias.

10. September Saturday Art Brunch

Saturday Art Brunch takes place from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM on Saturday and includes a food truck, live jazz music, a chalk artist and more art on display!

11. Open Barn Days 2021 at Sunrise Sanctuary

Visit the animal residents at Sunrise Sanctuary one day a month! Hours are this Saturday from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM. Purchase tickets in advance if possible!

12. End of Summer- Back in School Bash in Historic Dublin

This event includes art work being done on site, games, crafts, magic, cartoon artists, Spider Man and Rapunzel! Hours are Saturday from 1:00 PM 4:00 PM in Historic Dublin.

13. For Families: Build a Bird Nest at Blendon Woods Metro Park

On Saturday at 2:00 PM you can learn about how birds build nests and build your own at Blendon Woods Metro Park Nature Center.

14. Festival Latino at Columbus Commons

This is a free, family-friendly concert at Columbus Commons on Saturday night at 5:00 PM. The concert is free, but tickets must be reserved in advance online. You can also watch the concert live streamed on the Festival Latino website and their Facebook page.

15. Parent’s Night Out “BLAST OFF” at Dublin Toy Emporium

Drop the kids off on Saturday at 6:15 PM for a kraft and themed hunt, dinner and dessert! Reserve your spot in advance!

16. German Village Makers Market

This outdoor market takes place on Sunday from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM and includes over 70 local makers and 4 food trucks.
